I think I like your statue in the cold better than the spring. the flowers are beautiful, but there is something in the first photo that speaks to me
That would be the white stuff called snow! -LOL- More seriously, besides the snow and the ice, the winter light and reflections in the water do add their own special effects.
Ohh...there is our friend again! He is one of the most interesting sculptures I have seen...just because of his location!Dan

Yes. He is kind of creepy in the winter! I just think he is a marvellous statue though. One of the most memorable for me.
Yes, since a picture of this statue was one of my first contributions on the 'Soaring through the World' photo blog in the summer, I thought maybe one or two of you might find it interesting to see it again in winter climate, too...
