I think for me it was more like the ghost of SUMMERS past, since it made me go home and search for that other picture which was taken in the summer. It is a sculpture and the interesting thing about it is that slit (it is also named after it), because the inside is polished so that when you look through it, it also partly works like a mirror.
so you are longing for spring.it is a beautiful scene summer or winter. keep snapping and spring will spring in not time. now does that make you feel better? NOT i would guess.
I'm thankful for every warming comment... Sandra, I DO keep bringing the camera, but all views now just look the same... GB, my eyebrows went up for a moment reading your comment as email; at first I couldn't remember my own words in the post... Then I laughed...
You are wrong. Hahahashaah! Looks colder where you are. My husband and eldest son leave New Year's Day for a driving trip to Florida to see our second son. He moved there in Sept and thus missed Christmas w/ the family for the first time. I am not going as it's 2 wks on the road & visiting & I have to hold down the fort, work & take care of MIL & dogs. It's okay tho'. Will be a great bonding trip for them.
