The blessing is nice. I also read your interview on Pan's Island. I especially liked your answer to the question about going through a portal... a lovely description of one who has met the man who said, "I am the Door."?

And yes, I like the idea of portals, doors, windows, stairs... Like the new year, they can make us stop and "be aware" for a moment, where we came from and where we may be going...
